Heal Medical Rehabilitation Center

In its commitment to protecting patients’ rights and providing high-quality therapeutic services, Heal Medical Rehabilitation Center has adopted the following package policy:

1. Treatment packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
2. Patients have the right to request a refund within 14 days from the invoice date. Used sessions will be charged at the individual (non-discounted) rate.
3. No refunds can be claimed after the specified period has expired.
4. Patients must arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment.
5. If a patient is more than 15 minutes late or fails to attend without notifying at least 2 hours in advance, the session will be deducted from the package and cannot be compensated.
6. The center’s management reserves the right to consider medically verified emergency cases, without this being a general obligation.
7. The center is committed to providing therapeutic services according to the approved treatment plan and through licensed specialists.
